Regardless of your profession (from roofing to tech), your role (from CFO to volunteer), or your goals (from making a sale to building a team), you *always* have the power to impact others.

### How do you use that power?

Human relationships are funny in that they happen automatically . . . but they take work. Everyone has an impression of everyone else. That part happens automatically. But to have a positive impact on someone takes work on your part.

### Are you ready to do the work? Can you define the work?

In every one of Rooted Sonshine’s collaborations, we focus on: support, respect, integrity, and growth.

What does that look like in real life?

> Support: Help when and how you can. Be generous.
>
> Respect: Show gratitude with grace.
>
> Integrity: Make it easy for people to trust you.
>
> Growth: We all have room to grow. Don’s miss the chance.

### How do you celebrate small acts of human kindness? What does your organization do to create a welcoming environment for customers? How do you bring people together?

I’d love to [learn from you](https://rootedsonshine.com/connect) about your real world examples of how you are building relationships.

Check out Rooted Sonshine’s [services](https://rootedsonshine.com/services) or [what others are doing](https://rootedsonshine.com/blog/great-minds). If you are ready to take the next step, let’s [collaborate](https://rootedsonshine.com/connect).
