Inspiration 

Hearing about things that have happened elsewhere can spark ideas about what you can implement locally.

"Nestled in a rustic 70-acre setting in Elkhart, Indiana, Hubbard Hill's nationally recognized community offers independent living for active adults, assisted living apartment residences with supportive services, short-term rehabilitation, outpatient therapy, and long-term nursing care."
 
In the fall of 2022, it also became the new home to Granger’s Early Learning Center to develop, support, and foster intergenerational living and learning.  Something researchers have found benefits everyone.
 
“Everyday the children at the Early Learning Center will have an opportunity to engage, connect with the seniors that live at Hubbard Hill and vice versa,” Hubbard Hill Living Wisdom Community CEO Patrick Pingel said.
 
This is a true example of two resources that came together, made a real connection, to benefit community as a whole.
