This newsletter is late(r than normal) as I was waiting on approval from our HOA Board of Directors to email it out to the ENTIRE neighborhood.
In the process, I learned some important things ~
Every neighbor is welcome to add a specific issue to a Board Meeting Agenda by making a request through:
1. Gil Pierce who is our Association Manager. MeadowWood Glen utilizes RPM, a property management company, to handle the administrative side so that we can focus on being neighbors. Gil's email is: gpierce@rockwoodpm.com
2. Our Website's Questions & Concerns Form
3. Any Board Member:
Greg Hesler (Greg.Hesler@avistacorp.com)
Travis Scott (Travis.Scott@outlook.com)
Todd Taylor (jtt@randalldanskin.com)
Someone shared with me that they wish they knew what was on a meeting agenda, so I asked RPM about it. Gil agreed to start posting the agenda online prior to meetings. When would you like it posted? One week prior? 2 weeks? I am happy to relay suggestions.
Gil said that our neighborhood does not have a lot of heavy lifting so it is never a burden to ask RPM to look into a specific issue for you.
Any neighbor can request/receive all records maintained by the HOA under Washington’s common interest community act, including email addresses. Any homeowner is also allowed to elect not to receive email notices, or to not have their email address shared, by written notice to the HOA (under RCW 64.90.515/64.90.495).
