Oktoberfest Block Party

MeadowWood Glen hosts an annual Oktoberfest Block Party - casual potluck and BYOB. On Saturday Sept 27th from 2-6PM, bring your lawn chairs, tables, tents, kids (and adult) games, family and friends to join in the fun.

Sharp Ln between Murray Ln and Winchester Ln will be blocked off. Please respect the barriers and use an alternate route to reach your home.

Support UBER local at Liberty Lake Fall Festival

Sunday September 14 from 9AM-4PM is the PERFECT time to get all your holiday gifts at Town Square Park in Liberty Lake. For three years, our very own neighbor Jennifer McManus (and owner and artist behind Cotton+Co. Spokane) has been hosting the incredible Liberty Lake Fall Festival where you can shop from local, high-quality small businesses in one beautiful location.

The expertly curated vendors create an amazing shopping experience that will leave your bags and your heart full!

National Grandparents Day was established by President Jimmy Carter in 1978, but the idea originated with West Virginia housewife Marian McQuade in 1970. McQuade campaigned for a day to honor grandparents, highlighting their wisdom and reducing the loneliness of the elderly, which led to West Virginia's statewide holiday in 1973 and then the national declaration.
