Board of Director Candidates

Seize the moment to serve your neighborhood 

One (1) Director Position is up for election at the next Annual Meeting. Directors serve a three (3) year term. Nominations are due to RPM by 10am on June 16, 2025. 

Be sure to include any information you feel is pertinent to your nomination. Candidates' names and statements will be published in advance of the Annual Meeting on July 22nd.

An Association of Library Advocates

A group of local Liberty Lakers (including your friends and neighbors right here in MeadowWood Glen) created a website and brochure to share how our growing community would benefit from an improved library that is equipped to serve ALL of us - from teens to seniors to golfers to young families to singles to gardeners to professionals and everyone in between. The groups goals are to educate our neighbors about how our current library is unable to provide basic resources to our thriving community. 

What would you like to see at the local library? Others have suggested: Groups (around topics like Sewing, Playing Cards, Travel Enthusiasts); Classes (History, Bussiness-focused); Activities that specifically bridge the generational divide, like story time for seniors and preschoolers together.
